All artwork including originals, prints, and canvas reproductions remain the property of the artist. Purchasing an artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical item only. It does not include permission to reproduce, resell digital copies, edit, or create derivative works.
Each artwork is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the piece’s originality and verifying the artist’s copyright ownership.
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Returns
At Bo‑Mid Art Studios, every piece is created with care and attention. Due to the bespoke nature of our prints and original artworks, refunds and returns are not accepted. Therefore, by placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that returns and refunds are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us using the message box below within 48 hours and include clear photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We take great care to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition. To preserve the quality of your prints, we strongly recommend handling them by the edges, as natural oils from fingertips can leave marks on the surface.
For those wishing to view our pieces in person, private viewings are available in Derby by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
